Excelitas launches VeriCure Lite UV LED curing range

Lower-power tier extends VeriCure platform with 60 percent energy savings and IP66 rating.

Excelitas has launched the VeriCure Lite Series, a second performance tier within its VeriCure UV LED curing platform, targeting wide format printing, industrial coating, wood processing, metal coating, flooring and other manufacturing applications requiring reliable UV curing at a lower power level and cost than the standard VeriCure system.

VeriCure Lite delivers approximately half the UV output of the standard VeriCure model while using the same mechanical platform, cooling technology and control capabilities. Available in emitting window lengths of 750 mm, 900 mm, 1,050 mm, 1,200 mm and 1,350 mm, the system offers wavelengths of 365 nm, 395 nm and 405 nm and delivers irradiance uniformity better than ±10 percent across the curing area.

The system supports Analog, Modbus TCP/IP, OmniCure AC Series protocol compatibility and the Phoseon CLIP protocol, and carries an IP66 rating for industrial environments. It consumes up to 60 percent less energy than conventional mercury-vapor UV curing technologies, requires no consumable lamp replacement and is mercury-free and ozone-free. Segmented control capability enables customization of the irradiation area for irregular substrates and complex geometries.

The VeriCure Lite Series will be presented at Loupe Americas 2026 at booth 6305.

'The VeriCure Lite Series extends the flexibility of our VeriCure platform by providing an efficient solution for applications that do not require the highest UV dose levels,' said Marvin Ruffin, product manager at Excelitas. 'Customers can now choose between two performance tiers while benefiting from the reliability and UV LED expertise that Excelitas is known for.'
