Before joining IIMAK, Izard-Carroll worked for Cobham Missions Systems as a senior environmental, health and safety engineer. He has a BSc Honors in EHS Management from Limerick Institute of Technology.

‘Safety truly is our number one priority at IIMAK. I am therefore excited that Kevin is joining IIMAK to lead EHS for the business,’ said Scott Baird, senior vice president of global operations and supply chain at IIMAK. ‘Kevin’s extensive experience across EHS will ensure he plays a key role in elevating the safety culture at IIMAK.’

Smith, prior to joining IIMAK, worked for Invacare as a manager of materials and demand planning. He holds a BSc in Chemical Engineering from the University of Dayton and an MBA in Supply Chain Management from Case Western Reserve University.

‘I am delighted to welcome Zach to the team. He brings great expertise in end-to-end planning processes and a proven track record of driving process improvement,’ said Baird. ‘As our business continues to grow, Zach will be instrumental in transforming our planning processes to ensure they continue to meet the needs of our customers and ensure they are scalable and sustainable to support the growth of the business.’

The third of new joiners, Alle, worked for Foamcore Mouldings as operations manager and is a certified Six Sigma Black Belt from the University of Akron.

‘It is fantastic to have Justin join the team,’ added Baird. ‘His expertise in Lean Six Sigma will play a critical role in our Lean transformation and take our continuous improvement capabilities, impact, and success to the next level.’
