Fix-a-Form used by Wholebake to launch solar light campaign for children in Africa

Wholebake has used Fix-a-Form multi-page labels from Denny Bros to introduce new branding for its 9BAR range of mixed seed energy bars, and to launch a campaign to provide solar lights to families of children in Africa.

Wholebake chose Fix-a-Form to support the 9BAR relaunch as it enabled the company to communicate its two distinctive messages, ‘The Power of Seeds’ and ‘The Power of Deeds’ directly to its customers in one go

The new-look, stripped-back branding focuses on the pure ingredients used by the bars, such as sunflower, pumpkin and hemp seeds, as well as apricots, raspberries, cocoa, peanuts, cashews and raisins. Fix-a-Form labels have been used to introduce the rebranding via a teaser campaign, with three pages of text and pack shots, wrapped in a perforated carrier label, showing how 9BAR offers the same energy-boost but now with a more natural look which focuses on the nutritious ingredients.

Three additional pages detail that for every 9BAR sold, Wholebake will provide a night of light for a child in Africa as part of its ‘Good Energy, Twice’ initiative. Wholebake is working with UK charity SolarAid to provide solar lights to families of children in Africa to enable them to study using a clean and sustainable energy that will help to change lives. Wholebake states the currently across Africa, almost 600 million people without electricity have to rely on kerosene lights which are expensive and toxic.

‘9BAR is such a fantastic energy brand’, said Denny Bros senior marketing executive Stephanie Castling. ‘Its customers are active people who will welcome the new and more natural branding, and they will share an interest in the work that 9BAR is doing in Africa to provide light for children who are without many basic comforts including electricity.’
