OSI opens new facility to showcase growth

One Source Industries (OSI) has moved its corporate headquarters to a new location in Irvine, California after increased sales saw it outgrow its existing location.
 
OSI was founded in Irvine more than 25 years ago. Around 40 employees currently work at the new 14,000 sq ft facility, which includes design, project management, sales, accounting, administration and call center operations. Employment increased approximately 12 per cent in 2011, with an additional three or four new hires expected to be added after the first of the year.
 
OSI offers numerous packaging related services, including strategic input, planning, concept, design, sourcing, manufacturing, testing, assembly and packaging to installation, measurement, warehousing, fulfilment and logistics, as well as promotional products. In addition to its Irvine, California headquarters, other OSI facilities are located in Bentonville, Arkansas; Chicago, Illinois; Memphis, Tennessee; New York, New York; and Hong Kong.
 
OSI president and CEO Joe Baksha said: ‘With sales up more than 25 per cent so far this year, we simply outgrew our former space. The new location also features an attractive display area where we can showcase our capabilities and new technology innovations.’
 
Baksha added: ‘This is a fragmented industry. By bundling goods and services we simplify the process, reduce implementation time and make our client's job much easier by providing just one point of contact for all project components.’
