Dri Etiket adds intermittent offset press

Turkish label converter Dri Etiket has installed a Weigang ZX-320 intermittent offset press at its facility in Izmir, significantly expanding its production capacity for high-end label printing.

The new machine features six offset and one flexo unit, engineered to significantly boost Dri Etiket’s production capacity for high-end label printing. To ensure maximum operational efficiency and precision control, the press is also equipped with an automated remote ink key system, an integrated water chiller and an automatic plate-mounting system.

B&G, a local representative of Weigang demonstrating strong technical support and project preparation to complete the physical installation, machine calibration and comprehensive operator training within a compressed three-day window. This rapid deployment minimizes production downtime for the Turkish label converter, allowing it to bring the new capacity online almost immediately.

Weigang said the fast-track commissioning reflects its focus on local partnership support and pre-delivery preparation, enabling complex in-line presses to be integrated into growing markets with minimal production downtime.
