Everfast Labels installs Hontec FlexicCon 350 press

Hontec has recently completed the installation of a FlexiCon350 eight-color flexographic printing press with two die-cutting stations at Everfast Labels, strengthening its presence in the Australian label market.

The newly installed FlexiCon350-8C is configured to meet Everfast Labels’ growing demand for high-quality, multi-process label production. Equipped with eight flexo printing units and two in-line die-cutting stations, the press enables efficient single-pass production, combining printing and converting while maintaining high registration accuracy and stable output.

Designed for flexibility and productivity, the FlexiCon350 platform supports a wide range of label applications, including pressure-sensitive labels for food, beverage, personal care and industrial markets. The dual die-cut configuration allows Everfast Labels to handle more complex jobs with improved efficiency, reduced waste and shorter turnaround times.
