Iraqi converter Al Sabagh installs Weigang press

Weigang Technology recently installed a ZJR-450G 8-color flexographic printing press at Iraqi converter Al Sabagh Company for Digital Printing and General Trading.

The new press will support the Al Sabagh in expanding its label printing capabilities and improving production efficiency.

The ZJR-450G series is designed for stable performance and efficient operation, helping converters meet growing market demand.

The machine is equipped with a Siemens control system, advanced tension control and web-guiding technology, ensuring stable and precise printing performance.

Key configurations include BST stroboscopic inspection system, corona treatment and double-side dust cleaning system, UV curing system from Italy, cold foil capability with differential shaft, and lamination unit for additional finishing flexibility.

These features allow the press to handle a variety of label materials and printing requirements.
