NextGen Label Group installs HP Indigo 6K+

US-based converter expands digital platform alongside recent Nilpeter flexo investment.

NextGen Label Group has announced the installation of an HP Indigo 6K+ Digital Press at its Syracuse, New York facility, expanding its digital print capabilities across wine and spirits, food and beverage, health and beauty, medical and industrial label applications.

The press supports seven ink stations with specialty ElectroInks including silver, white, invisible and fade-resistant options, matches up to 97 percent of Pantone colors within 2.0 Delta E and prints on a broad range of substrates including thin films, shrink, textured label stocks, thick paperboard and sustainable materials. A maximum print area of 12.48 by 38.58 inches and variable data capability support complex designs, seasonal promotions and personalized campaigns without printing plates.

The investment follows the recent installation of a Nilpeter FA-Line 22-inch press, further broadening NextGen Label Group's production platform across digital and conventional technologies.

'With this investment, we continue to deliver on our promise of brand custodianship,' said Dan Rosenbaum, president and CEO of NextGen Label Group. 'By expanding our digital capabilities, we are ensuring that we have the technology, flexibility and capacity to support our customers at every stage of their growth.'

The press is scheduled for delivery and installation in April 2026.
