Fineline Technologies orders ink cleaning system

The new Dip Co’s quick-change ink liner system will help Fineline to eliminate pan washing from their cleaning process, saving an average of 3.5 gallons of water per station while cutting ink preparation time by 50 percent.  According to Fineline, the company has already experienced increased production capacity as well as reduction of contaminated ink streams and wastewater output.

‘The Dip system is allowing us to continue with our green initiative by reducing our wastewater cost to acceptable levels; while we are also able to take advantages of the change over time savings and associated throughput benefits,’ said Kevin Lindsey, global purchasing director for Fineline Technologies.
