Rotoflex hosts training event in Poland to increase service and technical support in Europe and the Middle East

Rotoflex has hosted a three-day training event in Warsaw, Poland as it looks to strengthen its service and technical support offering in Europe and the Middle East.

A number of key technicians who provide Rotoflex service and installations throughout the EMEA region participated in the event, including representation from Mark Andy Poland

The event, at the new Mark Andy showroom in Warsaw, was held for a number of key service and installation technicians on the Rotoflex VLI and VSI inspection, slitting and rewinding machines. Training sessions on the Rotoflex VLI and VSI machines demonstrated the advanced operation including slitting and rewinding of unsupported film. Ivan Bonev of Nikka Research also led technical sessions featuring the integration and set-up of Nikka's 100 percent inspection systems, demonstrating the combined quality management technologies. Bonev also provided Rotoflex sales and engineering with advanced inspection application training allowing Rotoflex representatives to better support customers with tech support, new applications and troubleshooting.

A number of key technicians who provide Rotoflex service and installations throughout the EMEA region participated in the event, including representation from Mark Andy Poland. In attendance from Rotoflex were: Kevin Gourlay, vice-president; Manohar Dhugga, director of engineering and service; Jaipal Thind, service specialist; and Ralph Beier, recently appointed as director with responsibility for sales and service of the complete offering of Rotoflex off-line finishing range in the EMEA region.
