ABG strengthens flexible packaging offering

ABG has continued to build momentum in the flexible packaging market with a strong presence at key European exhibitions, new product demonstrations and the appointment of a dedicated global sales lead.

Following a showcase at Labelexpo Europe, ABG demonstrated its expanding FlexPack capabilities at two major trade fairs: FachPack in Nürnberg, Germany and the K Show in Düsseldorf, Germany.

At FachPack, visitors saw ABG's shrink-sleeve Seaming Rewinder in action, supported by ABG experts on hand to discuss technical details and applications. At the K Show, the Galaxy GS-24 TSG pouch-making machine drew significant attention with live demonstrations that highlighted its precision and versatility. The events provided a platform for ABG to reinforce its growing reputation in flexible packaging. The company's integrated approach, combining ABG's engineering excellence with Galaxy's pouch technology, continues to position the FlexPack division as a key player in the sector.

ABG has appointed Vicky Roberts as global business development sales lead for ABG FlexPack. In her new role, Roberts will lead the FlexPack team, driving new developments, engaging with customers worldwide and overseeing the division's continued growth.

As part of its commitment to innovation and customer support, ABG will host live demonstrations of the Galaxy GS-20 pouch-making machine at its FlexPack Centre of Excellence in Girona, Spain, from 22 to 23 October. Experts from both ABG and Galaxy will be on site to answer questions and guide attendees through the live pouch-production process.
