Mespack begins headquarters construction

Mespack, a manufacturer of flexible packaging machinery, has started construction of its new corporate headquarters in Santa Perpètua de Mogoda, Barcelona, with completion scheduled for mid-2027.

Last November, a symbolic groundbreaking ceremony took place, including the placement of a time capsule beneath the future building's foundations. With CBRE's guidance, Mespack is advancing construction of its new 20,000 sqm headquarters, designed to provide modern spaces that foster collaboration and creativity

With the new facility located in Santa Perpètua de Mogoda, Mespack aims to reinforce its position in the flexible packaging sector, offering clients advantages such as reduced delivery times, optimized processes and more precise control at every stage of production.

This space will integrate advanced technologies and dedicated areas for co-creation and co-innovation, enabling clients and partners in the industrial packaging sector to collaborate on developing sustainable projects tailored to customer needs. The expansion will increase operational capacity and enhance agility and service quality. This new building marks a step forward in the company's growth and adds to Mespack's existing production plants in Chicago and Vadodara, India.
