Constantia opens production facility in Denmark

Constantia Copenhagen, a part of flexible packaging producer Constantia Flexibles, has opened a new production site to triple the company’s capacity and support further growth in the Scandinavian market.

The new site of Constantia Copenhagen in Ishøj, Denmark, features a fully automated production process, significantly improving flexibility. Moreover, the warehouse is fully integrated within the site to enable further growth. The automated production site of Constantia Copenhagen covers a total area of 6,000sqm (64,500sqft) to incorporate more processes and products for further expansion.

The new location uses several robotics technologies and an increased level of hygiene measures.
