Feldmuehle produces vegan paper

German paper manufacturer Feldmuehle certifies its range of products as fully vegan

Feldmuehle, a manufacturer of label and flexible packaging papers based in Germany has launched a range of vegan paper.

‘More and more consumers and manufacturers are refusing to buy products that contain animal ingredients. Since this topic is also very important to us, we would like to point out that all now papers made by Feldmuehle are vegan,’ stated the company. ‘Since we take our responsibility towards society and the environment very seriously, we attach great importance to always being able to offer our customers ecologically and socially sound products.’

No animal substances (such as protein or gelatin) are used in the production of one-sided coated papers. Genetically modified raw materials are also not used in production. As an FSC certified company (FSCC124501) Feldmuehle is obliged to use only materials that come from responsibly managed sources.
