Loparex completes Infiana Group acquisition

Loparex produces liner materials through global segments served by a global production network with manufacturing sites in the United States, Germany, Holland, China, and India.  The expanded Loparex portfolio encompasses direct coated and poly coated paper liners alongside direct coated, poly coated, blown and cast film solutions as well as a wide range of substrates and paper types, coupled with in-house embossing, coating, slitting, and printing capabilities.

The integration process, which began in September 2019, focused on maximizing synergies between the two companies as well as streamlining organizational structures and processes.
