Nobelus receives ISO 9001:2015 certification

The Quality Management System at the Schaumburg, Illinois location was recently audited by ABS Quality Evaluations. The 31,000 square foot facility was certified for converting and packaging laminated film and the sale of laminating equipment.  

 

Quality Control and Compliance manager, Bill Balder said: ‘Our teams made achieving this certification at all our locations a top priority. The ISO certifications are a practical way to show our customers and stakeholders that we are committed to providing an effective, planned approach in delivering high-quality products and services. The latest certificate expansion for our Schaumburg facility serves as a benchmark for enhancing customer satisfaction and continuous improvement initiatives as we continue to expand our operations.’ 

 

In 2020, the company’s headquarters in Knoxville, Tennessee received the ISO 9001:2015 certification for its Quality Management System. The 2022 certification at the Illinois location is part of a strategic quality management site expansion, to align Nobelus facilities for sustainable growth.  

 

ISO 9001 is the world’s most widely recognized quality management standard, developed and published by the International Organization for Standardization (ISO). ISO 9001:2015 specifies requirements for a quality management system when an organization needs to demonstrate its ability to consistently provide products and services that meet customer and applicable statutory and regulatory requirements. The certification ensures organizations follow through with the effective application of the system, including processes for improvement of the system and the assurance of conformity to customer and applicable statutory and regulatory requirements.
