Italian converting equipment manufacturer Prati has launched Fastlane, an online tool to provide its customers with access to more efficient support service, with less paperwork and fewer phone calls.

Fastlane is an online platform accessible to all customers round-the-clock24/7 with a personalized, complete list of equipment, including all machine details and serial numbers. Once the machine is selected, a menu provides an extensive list of potential alarms, malfunctions, or other issues. The customer can choose one of them, add more details if needed, attach a photo or video clip, and sends it to the support team. 

‘We receive the request immediately, and without needing to call back to check basic details, our technical staff starts to work on the solution,’ said the company in a statement. ‘The customer tracks status online at any time. As soon as we receive an online request, we get in touch, treating the request according to your ticket registration on the Fastlane platform.’
