BD Sérigraphie has invested in three pieces of equipment from Portuguese manufacturer Lemorau

The French company has been recording steady growth since Sandra and Daniel Bomais acquired it in 1999.  The company moved to a bigger production facility in Marmande in 2010 and decided to open another production plant in Castejalous in 2017 to increase its production capacity to accommodate the increasing demand.

The newly installed Lemorau MEBR+ digital finishing machine is equipped with an automatic web tension controlled by servo motors, an electronic web guide, a memory for 250 jobs, two interchangeable pneumatic rewinders. It also features six shafts and a deflection function for existing flexible dies.

Developed as a modular piece of equipment, Lemorau MEBR+ can be optionally equipped with a wide range of features, including finishing, printing, and embellishing units, and can be customized to the customer’s needs.

The machine developed for BD Sérigraphie features a web width of 330mm and includes an optional flexo unit with UV curing, a cold foil unit, an air trim removal, and razor-slitting knives.

BD Sérigraphie has also opted for a manual core cutter, Lemorau CT1500, and a Lemorau ER400/900 roll lifter to complete the new production line. The entire transaction has been handled by Sudelek, the Portuguese manufacturer’s exclusive distributor in France.

‘We have to thank Lemorau and Sudelek for their advice, their professionalism, and support with our new production line,’ commented Sandra Bomais, co-owner of BD Sérigraphie.
