Bellwoven installs Focus LX6

Bellwoven is one of the market leading packaging companies, specializing in the design, manufacture and supply of garment accessories for clothing brands across the world.

Steve Doney, co-owner of Bellwoven said: ‘We have accounts where the quality is absolute paramount and we felt we were not quite achieving this with our current equipment so turned to Focus. We have many Focus machines and knew they would produce the results we are looking for. The quality is exceptional, quite simply, they are the Rolls Royce of garment label machines.

‘Once we agreed a specification, we had no hesitation in making the decision. We have Focus machines approaching 30 years old that are still working reliably and with a service second to none, we anticipate a return on investment in no time.’

According to the company the print runs are constantly reducing, therefore the benefits of the latest series of LX machine already come to the fore. Its quick set up and changeovers were vital in maintaining Bellwoven’s competitive edge. Coupled with improved speeds, advanced drying systems and touchscreen operation, the impact of using a new press is already being felt by the converter.

Antony Cotton, technical sales manager at Focus added: ‘We are delighted that Bellwoven has chosen Focus as the preferred supplier for their latest press requirement. We like to work closely with our customers, offering the best possible back up service, as we firmly believe that this is the basis for a strong future business relationship. In addition, we listen to the feedback from our customers and we continue to develop our equipment, making sure that we are able to offer the very latest technology to meet their requirements. We look forward to supplying further equipment to Bellowen in the future.’
