Brotech finishes first remote installation in Germany

This SDF 330 finishing machine was delivered by China Railway Express directly from Xi'an to Germany, where the client installed it according to installation drawings with a help of remote assistance from Brotech engineers in China.

Despite the Covid-19 social distancing limitations, and concerns about the safety of engineers during the delivery under the epidemic, Brotech engineers managed to guide the client through the entire remote installation and commissioning as well as address maters needing attention, without their presence in Germany. Online installation is only a part of Brotech’s online services as the company also offers online file uploading, comment submission and remote training.

The equipment installed in Germany, SDF 330 is entirely servo driven technology featuring semi rotary to full-rotary flexo print unit and semi-rotary to full rotary die cutting unit with pre-registration. The SDF is modular and can be reconfigured according to the client’s requirement. It is suitable for short, medium and long runs with applications across many markets including electronics, cosmetics, pharmaceutical, transportation, logistics, garments and security. It offers high efficiency, precision and user-friendly interface.
