All4Labels publishes 2025 sustainability report

Label group details progress on climate, circularity and safety.

All4Labels has released its 2025 Global Report, setting out the group's sustainability progress, key achievements and priorities across climate change, circular economy, people, responsible sourcing, business conduct and product quality.

In 2025 the Witzhave-based group operated 47 production sites worldwide, serving more than 13,000 customers and employing more than 5,500 people. During the year it advanced its energy and climate initiatives, expanded its portfolio of recyclable and recycling-compatible products to address the new requirements of the Packaging and Packaging Waste Regulation (PPWR), strengthened responsible sourcing and governance practices, and developed a safe and inclusive working environment. The group cut its Total Recordable Incident Rate to 0.47, a 21 percent improvement on the previous year, with zero fatalities across its operations.

'At All4Labels, sustainability is deeply embedded in our business strategy and in the way we create long-term value. We believe responsible growth must go hand in hand with operational excellence and innovation to build a resilient business for the future. The progress outlined in this report reflects the commitment of our teams worldwide and our ambition to contribute positively to the industries and communities we serve,' said Evelyn Hartinger, CEO of All4Labels.

On regulation, Juan Ramón Máiquez Varea, manager regulatory affairs and product compliance at All4Labels, said the PPWR is a significant step toward a more circular packaging economy. 'At All4Labels, we see it not only as a regulatory challenge but as an opportunity to help customers rethink packaging in a way that combines compliance, performance and sustainability. Through our expertise, global footprint and continuous development of sustainable products, we are committed to supporting customers throughout every stage of this transition,' he noted.

The group also pointed to innovation as a key enabler of sustainable growth. 'We continuously invest in the development of technologies that address our customers' evolving needs in a practical and measurable way.

Innovations such as Starshine and Stardirect demonstrate how we can combine performance, product differentiation and sustainability to create tangible value for brands and consumers alike,' commented Tobias Rug, vice president of the Starshine product line at All4Labels.

All4Labels said it will continue to strengthen its sustainability performance and transparency while investing in innovation and operational excellence.
