Pulisi provides security features for advance inspection that includes OCR and QR reader, as well as re-inspection mode and 100 percent defect image auto storage. Aim 330S uses a with user-friendly Teledyne Dalsa camera from Canada. With a fully servo design, the machine can also detect bubbles, scratches and excessive glue.

Rajan Vyas, co-director at Nitai Press, said: ‘We are delighted with the performance of the machine. The slitting equipment with 100 percent inspection camera runs at a speed of about 150m/min and is a value for money investment for finishing both label stock and films.’

Amit Sheth, managing director at Intergraphic Sales & Services, added: ‘With the new Goods and Service Tax (GST) regime in India, the label industry is headed in the right direction. There is increased awareness of the significance of quality control in the industry and it is growing across all segments. Responding to the good market response, Pulisi is launching its new inspection machine at PackPlus 2018.
