Froben Druck adds HP Indigo WS6800
Froben Druck has added an HP Indigo WS6800 digital press to its machine park in Ottersberg, Germany.

Froben Druck started the production of self-adhesive roll labels in the 1970s. In order to meet the quality expectations of the customers and to find the most economical and suitable procedures, the company adapts the printing process individually to every layout. Its offer includes wet offset, dry offset and flexographic printing, from book to screen printing. In all printing processes, only low-migration printing inks and lacquers are used. Special machines which enable the implementation of special designs are also part of the Froben Druck range.
At the end of last year, the print service provider, which specializes in self-adhesive roll labels for the food sector, expanded its production area with an additional hall and commissioned additional printing machines for larger runs.
Timo Wolfsdorf, a manager at Froben Druck, said: ‘After a thorough examination of the digital services offered, and in order to complement our machinery, a new HP Indigo WS6800 will be installed for small circulation labels. Existing technologies did not meet our customers‘ quality requirements.’
