Grafo buys Lemorau EBR+

EBR+ is a finishing machine that runs rotary and semi-rotary at speeds of 120m/min (rotary) and 40m/min (semi-rotary)

Italy’s Grafo has installed a Lemorau EBR+ rotary/semi-rotary digital finishing machine, purchased through the Portuguese manufacturer’s local distributor Erre Gi Elle.

EBR+ is a finishing machine that runs rotary and semi-rotary at speeds of 120m/min (rotary) and 40m/min (semi-rotary). The machine comes with a magnetic cylinder, two interchangeable pneumatic rewinders of 25mm, 40mm and 76mm diameter, electronic web guide, automatic web tension control system using servo motors, and paper and matrix break detection. The EBR+ was delivered and installed at the end of 2016.

Founded in 1972, Grafo specializes in the production of labels, and Grafo owner Mr Casara commented: ‘We knew Lemorau products during the last Labelexpo through Erre Gi Elle and they seemed very interesting, with a good value for money ratio. Now we have an EBR+ die-cutter and we can confirm that the machine is well designed, easy to use, and offers at a competitive price the possibility of laminating and die-cutting the labels printed in our digital press, as well as to manufacture blank labels both in rotary and semi-rotary mode. It is certainly a machine suitable for blank labels as well as a finishing machine; simple, fast and well-made. We will certainly consider to purchase from Lemorau for our future needs.’
