DPR brings Leo digital finishing system to Loupe

The Leo digital finishing system offers label converters flexible and cost-effective equipment for short and medium production runs.

Designed to eliminate the need for traditional dies, Leo combines lamination, digital cutting, matrix removal, slitting, and rewinding into a single compact workflow. The system utilizes multi-head knife-cutting technology that enables converters to produce labels on demand while reducing setup times and tooling costs.

The latest generation of Leo has been developed to meet the growing demand for shorter runs, increased SKU proliferation, and faster job changes. With a maximum speed of 9 m/min, the system offers an efficient alternative for converters looking to expand their digital finishing capabilities. Fully designed, engineered, and manufactured by DPR in Italy, Leo reflects the company's commitment to innovation, quality, and reliability.

Michael Panzeri, vice president, DPR Labeling, said: 'We are excited to participate in Loupe Americas 2026 and introduce the latest generation of Leo to the North American market.'

'The event provides an excellent opportunity to connect directly with converters, understand their production challenges, and demonstrate how flexible digital finishing solutions can help them increase efficiency, reduce costs, and respond faster to customer demands.'

In addition to Leo, visitors will have the opportunity to learn more about DPR's portfolio of digital finishing technologies, including laser die-cutting, digital embellishment, and automation technologies designed to improve productivity and operational flexibility.
