Revel Nail installs Lemorau Digi EBR+ 330

Owned by two families and based in Blackwood, New Jersey, USA, Revel Nail is a dynamic company that has been constantly growing by innovating its product portfolio to reach both general public and professionals in the nail industry. The company decided to take the full control of its packaging and start label production in-house.

Lemorau Digi EBR+ is a digital printing press able to coat and die-cut in-line in one pass. It is based on a Memjet system with inkjet technology. It offers print resolution of 1600×1600 dpi in full color and can process web width up to 22.3cm (8.7in), at a speed of 18m/min (60ft/min). It is also able to produce white labels at a speed of up to 200m/min (650ft/min).

The Digi EBR+ runs in semi-rotary and rotary mode and can finish digitally printed webs provided from other printing machines as well.  

The machine acquired by Revel Nail is equipped with several features, including four 2-liter ink tanks (CMYK), printhead, electronic counter, adjustable splice table with pneumatic clamps, an electronic web guide system with ultrasonic sensor which enables guiding of opaque and clear materials, automatic web tension control system. 

The machine has a 250 job memory for easy and quick job set ups, six sets of circular knives with lateral adjustment, double rewinding with two interchangeable pneumatic rewinders of 25, 40 and 76mm diameter (1, 1.5, 3in), paper and matrix break detection, labels in and labels out rewinding, and automatic stop at master roll end with programmable end of roll function.

The Digi EBR+ also features remote assistance function through internet connection, for fast service and troubleshooting.
