Wanije’s team with Luis Fernandez Vilela, general manager of Coreti

Chinese label press manufacturer Wanjie has confirmed the sale of a second printing press to Coreti, a self-adhesive converter in Spain. The machine is currently on show at Labelexpo Europe and will be shipped after event.

Wanjie WJPS-350D/450 is a semi-rotary offset press that features multiple color units followed by flexo varnish and die-cutting units. It also offers the flexibility for further expansion with rotary hot foil stamping, silkscreen, and embossing. The press features an auto lubricating system and optimized ink feeding with 18 ink transfer rollers, four water transfer rollers and four bridge rollers.

‘Our first Wanjie printing machine performs very well and the feedback is amazing. It’s the professional technology, excellent productivity and perfect supporting services that make us choose our second Wanjie press,’ said Luis Fernandez Vilela, general manager of Coreti, one of the largest self-adhesive label converters in Spain.

Established in 1999, Wanjie is one of the earliest Chinese enterprises specializing in the development, production and sales of label printing presses. In 2011, the company started to explore international markets and built its first overseas branch three years later. Wanjie currently employs over 20 R&D staff with a plan to launch up to two new products each year. According to the company, more than 60 percent of its orders are placed from overseas market including Europe, North America, Asia and Australasia.
