Expanded facilities for Konica Minolta Inkjet Lab

Konica Minolta Inkjet sales and support center, Industrial Inkjet Ltd, expanded its facility in Cambridgeshire, UK, at the end of June.

Based in near Cambridge in the UK and in Las Vegas, USA, Industrial Inkjet Ltd carries out sales and technical support for Konica Minolta IJ Technologies.

Managing Director John Corrall, said: ‘We have expanded into a new unit, still on Glebe Farm Campus, near Cambridge, UK. This doubles our print laboratory area. Most Konica Minolta Inkjet customers take advantage of our expertise in determining the optimum “recipe” for printing onto their product, with the result that the most weeks we have been running the lab at almost 100 percent capacity. The new facility will allow us to increase our productivity on print sample work, while offering improved facilities for visiting customers.’

Konica Minolta IJ Technologies manufactures a wide range of industrial inkjet printheads as well as the Nassenger textile printer and a new range of single-pass variable-information print engines for the narrow-web market.
