Green Graphics brings Kiaro! to the Middle East

Green Graphics Trading has introduced QuickLabel Systems’ Kiaro! benchtop inkjet color label printer to the Middle East market, and is predicting strong sales in the region.

The Kiaro! prints on inkjet-receptive label materials, and depending on which material type is chosen, the labels can feature water, chemical, scuff and tear resistance

Kiaro! offers a 0.75-4.17in (19 - 105.9mm) print width and a 2-8ips (50-200mm/s) print speed using CMYK fixed head inkjet, and offering a 1,200 x 1,200dpi print resolution.

The Kiaro! prints on inkjet-receptive label materials, including gloss paper, matte paper, textured papers, and some synthetic materials such as polypropylene, polyester, and vinyl. Depending on which material type is chosen, the labels can feature water, chemical, scuff and tear resistance.

Magadi Murthy, director of Green Graphics Trading, was introduced to QuickLabel Systems at last year's Labelexpo Americas event, and said: ‘We expect a lot of interest in this printer from the Middle East market, and have generated a lot of interest on the first day of Gulf Print & Pack 2015.

‘We are shipping them in directly from the US, although we plan to hold stock and are offering service to customers in the region.’

Also on the Green Graphics Trading stand at Gulf Print & Pack 2015 were UEI Falcontec brass rotary embossing and foiling cylinders, another new product in the company’s portfolio.
