Rotocon begins manufacturing in Johannesburg

The Johannesburg branch of Rotocon

Rotocon has strategically moved its Johannesburg branch to a new, expansive facility to begin local manufacturing of solid rotary dies, print cylinders and accessories serving the South African narrow web industry.

Michael Aengenvoort, owner of Rotocon, said: ‘This is a logical next step for us. For years, the team has provided dies, cylinders and accessories to South African printers and converters through our Cape Town, Durban and Johannesburg branches, ensuring customers receive on-time delivery and the highest service and quality. With the capability of local manufacturing from our new facility in Johannesburg, and the extensive experience Tim Shaw brings to the team, we look forward to sharing our expanded services throughout South Africa.’
Rotocon is also the appointed South African distributor of Wink Stanzwerkzeuge high quality steel flexible dies. The company also provides consulting, after sales support, pre-owned equipment and locally represents Rotocontrol, MPS, Screen, Pantec GS Systems, Matho and Advanced Vision Technology (AVT).
