EyeC highlights its new EyeC Proofiler Graphic Connect, the ProofRunner options for AI-based defect classification and the EyeC Proofiler DT series.

EyeC technology

EyeC-America will showcase its technology with live demonstrations at booth 423 at LOUPE Americas (formerly Labelexpo) in Rosemont, Chicago, from September 15–17.

The company will focus on its new EyeC Proofiler Graphic Connect, as well as the ProofRunner options for AI-based defect classification and the flagship EyeC Proofiler DT series.

EyeC Proofiler Graphic Connect is a pre-press inspection technology that is cloud-based and runs independently of specific systems or hardware. This SaaS platform delivers automated inspection of print-ready files and step-and-repeat files to support essential prepress workflows, such as Hybrid Cloudflow or Esko Automation Engine. As a result, prepress teams can embed quality control into their existing production processes, ensuring the same standards across every production site while staying transparent, flexible and ready for the future.

Also on the exhibition floor will be the latest enhancements to the ProofRunner in-line series, including new AI-driven defect classification designed to boost speed, efficiency and accuracy.

The company will feature the EyeC ProofRunner Web HighLight UHD, equipped with an 8K camera, shown in partnership with MPrint. This in-line setup delivers fast, precise, 100 percent print inspection. This demonstration highlights how the system integrates with the rewinder for a streamlined workflow. Combined with the EyeC Quality Link inspection workflow, visitors will see how press data is used to evaluate roll quality early on, reducing unnecessary stops and enabling operators to quickly review and approve minor deviations. When paired with automated rewinder control, operators can run faster, remove defects more efficiently and consistently deliver quality results.

'By combining press-based quality evaluation with automated rewinder control, EyeC gives operators the speed and accuracy customers expect, delivering flawless jobs with greater efficiency than ever,' says EyeC-America president Juergen Klicker.

Rounding out the exhibit is the enhanced scanner-based off-line inspection system series EyeC Proofiler DT. Designed for fast and comprehensive sample and incoming goods inspections, these systems are particularly well-suited for applications with the highest quality demands, such as pharmaceutical packaging, package inserts and safety-critical printed materials.
