Labelink acquires Litho Québec in folding carton push
Canadian packaging printer completes second folding carton acquisition in six months.
Labelink has acquired Litho Québec, a Quebec-based folding carton converter, continuing a consolidation strategy that saw the Montreal-headquartered packaging printer acquire l'Empreinte just six months earlier.
The acquisition expands Labelink's folding carton capabilities and adds an experienced production team to its operations, strengthening supply chain resilience and execution speed for its customers.
The company describes its acquisition strategy as distinct from investment firm-driven consolidation, positioning each deal as part of a methodical approach to building operational consistency and capacity stability rather than growth for its own sake.
'We are not pursuing acquisitions at any cost,' the company said. 'We are building a resilient manufacturing model designed to support our clients' growth. Each integration strengthens operational consistency, stabilizes capacity and improves performance.'
