Advanced safety/homeland security sign making software

K-Sun Corporation has announced the latest enhancement to its MaxiSoft MaxiSigns safety sign, label and tag making software. ‘K-Sun’s software sets the standard for safety, homeland security, lockout/tagout, information and general facility sign making applications,’ according to a statement.

MaxiSigns V.2 builds on the capabilities of earlier versions, which make it convenient and economical for users to design and print professional OSHA mandated and ANSI/ISO compliant safety signs and tags with any PC compatible desktop printer. Enhancements, such as homeland security signs and symbols, add to the wide library of safety pictographs, ergonomic, AED and recycling symbols, lockouts/tag formats, IMO signs and ANSI/ISO symbols. Additionally, each sign can now be translated into Spanish or Canadian French with the click of a mouse button. In fact, the user-friendly software can be configured to provide signs, labels and tags in almost any language once the appropriate fonts are installed.

MaxiSigns V.2 does most of the work for safety professionals when making signs, improving effiency, safety, security and identification compliance. Importantly, MaxiSigns V.2 provides plant management with the comfort of knowing that there is consistency in colors, pictographs, applications, layouts and directions provided – plant-wide. Convenient ‘click and edit’ and auto text sizing functions make custom signs, as well as tag and label design fast and easy. To assist with compliance, MaxiSigns V.2 contains regulation summaries that help the safety professional understand and comply with specific requirements. Version 2 also contains 580 new symbols used for homeland security directions and signs, as well as print terms and definitions to facilitate training. Finally, MaxiSoft also offers users free technical support during regular business hours.
