Alphasonics to launch three new products at Labelexpo
Alphasonics, the UK-based manufacturer of ‘Alphasound’ anilox roll cleaning systems has announced the launch of three new products at Labelexpo in Chicago in September.
Firstly will be a new low cost Alphasound system, replacing the Melanie unit. Sarah Garnett, head of marketing, says: ‘We have recognized for some time the need to have a robust, lower cost Alphasound System in our range to compete with our US competition and are confident that our new Melanie will deliver exactly what the US label printer is looking for.’
Also on display will be a totally non-contact flexo plate cleaner, the PC500 and a UV parts washing system with on board flocculation.
David Jones, managing director of Alphasonics, says: ‘Having reached the point in the development of our Alphasound technology whereby we can confidently state that we can clean any anilox of any screen, any time, we decided to look at other cleaning requirements within the industry that could benefit from the “Alphasound” approach. The culmination of this will be launched at the show.’
