Aquaflex has announced that it will be demonstrating the latest eight-station ELS Servo press at Labelexpo Brussels. Stuart Roberts, vice president of international sales said: ‘We elected to demonstrate our latest ELS Servo press because it delivers exceptional print quality and throughput at a very affordable price. In addition to printing on traditional label substrates, the ELS Servo adds the ability to print on unsupported film, making it an ideal upgrade for printers who want to diversify into flexible packaging.’

The ELS Servo demonstrations will include print runs on unsupported film and label stock using water-based inks. Roberts continued: ‘We will be printing on both unsupported film and label stock to show the multi-substrate capabilities of the ELS Servo. We will show just how easy it is to change between unsupported film and label stock on the same machine. Today’s markets demand greater diversification which requires a printing press that can run label stock one day and film the next. All Aquaflex presses now have this capability.’

Also on the Aquaflex stand there will be video demonstrations of the 100 percent servo-driven FPC Servo multi-substrate press which features a robust inline print-head for ultra high-quality reproduction. The FPC Servo utilizes advanced sleeve technology for the plate cylinder, and anilox roll for fast changeovers and make-readies.
