Automatic cleaning system from AWT World Trade

AWT World Trade Inc. has announced the development of a fully automatic cleaning system. Designed as an alternative to ultrasonic equipment or basket type cleaners, the Kleen-View Automatic features an all air operated system for cleaning, solvent recycling, and safe capture of ink residue for proper disposal.


The Kleen-View Automatic washing system includes see through front doors for easy monitoring of the cleaning cycle, and  is available in a range of sizes up to 180 x 24 x 80?. Larger and custom-sized models are available upon request. Depending on model size, the Kleen-View Automatic comes standard with a 20-, 40- or 80- gallon chemistry reservoir. An optional accessory rack is designed to hold various parts for cleaning. Manufactured by A.W.T. World Trade Inc., the multi-chamber, stainless-steel chemistry tank uses progressive multistage filtering for safe recirculation of the system’s biodegradable chemistry. Completely air-powered, the tank can be operated in wet environments without compromising operator safety. Removable, yet permanent stainless-steel filters are easily cleaned and eliminate the need for costly replacements.


The closed-loop recycling system uses a double-sided chemistry sprayer that attacks ink from both sides of the item to be cleaned, with variable speed controls and fully adjustable chemical flow. With proper venting, the exhaust outlet safely guides away unwanted fumes. Tempered Clear-View front glass doors provide easy access and safe monitoring of the washing process, and an automatic safety sensor shuts down the system when the door is opened.


The Kleen-View Automatic’s translucent fiberglass back panel works with natural or artificial light to reveal any ink residue and eliminates guesswork. Although the system can be used with any biodegradable solvent, AWT recommends using its Safe-T-Wash with a low VOC rating for best results. At the customer’s request, special design options are available for flammable solvent usage.
