Chili publisher now available as online service

Belgium-based Chili publish, software developer specializing in smart artwork and marketing material creation has released Chili publisher Online, a web version of its document editor which is now available as SaaS platform.

Chili publisher now available as online service

Chili publisher is professional online editing software for printers who want to self-service customers via web2print. Customers can create, edit and procure a print-ready PDF by working with Smart Templates in their browser. Any original graphic is turned into a Smart Template – a document that fixes brand must-haves, but leaves room for visual or textual adjustments. Any edits and approvals are the sole responsibility of the customer.

Chili publisher Online was developed in compatibility with Microsoft Azure to supply service providers with the cloud-collaborative technology to help in sustaining business continuity and optimization via web2print platforms.

The new service is available in four tiers based on usage and SLA level to accommodate any company size, in both a multi-tenant and single-tenant setup: Starter developed for small companies or teams getting started; Business for mid-sized companies growing their business; Professional for companies who service large customers and Private Cloud for enterprises and global brands. Each tier enables full access to all features, modules and APIs, automatic product updates, cloud elasticity for instant scalability and Chili publish Connect – full access to the partner community.

John Arnsdorf, product marketing manager at Chili publish said: ‘Tech can no longer stand in the way of business optimization for printers. Chili publisher Online delivers a future-proof frontend, with native cloud functionality optimized for Microsoft Azure. It eliminates costly infrastructure investments or system maintenance and is ready to do what it should do within any web2print setup. It is the most scalable, most advanced online editing solution out there.’

‘Now is the time for web2print to seize its moment,’ added Kevin Goeminne, CEO of Chili publish. ‘But in order to differentiate with a print output quality and application range, printers need to supply online users with an outstanding customer experience. By offering our browser-based solution in the cloud, we hope to service a broader range of web2print service providers that are investigating the SaaS approach to secure business continuity or accommodate business elasticity. We’re helping them manage the service so they can manage their business.’
