Creed Engineers launches Vinsak intermittent offset shaftless printing press

Creed Engineers has launched an intermittent offset shaftless printing press, the Vinsak LIO series, which is suitable for the labels and packaging markets.

The Vinsak LIO series is available in three web widths

Available in three web widths of 420mm, 390m and 330mm, the maximum printing size of the LIO420 is 410 × 350mm, 380 × 350mm of the LIO390 and 310 × 300 mm on the LIO330.

The press is able to handle substrates up to 350gsm.

The machine utilizes an intelligent control system, which shortens the time for setup and enhances the utilization of materials and production efficiency. Each unit has an independent servo-motor control, and using a static-image monitoring system can control the register in the lateral and longitudinal direction on the control table to enhance the quality of the print. The shaftless drive guarantees the register precision during high-speed running for the machine.

The advanced heavy offset printing unit can prevent ghosting and roller streaking effectively. Ink and water supply match with the machine’s speed automatically.

The machine is also equipped with optional units, such as re-pass system for additional colors, coating unit, rotary die-cutting, cold foiling, over lamination, and can combine offset, letterpress, flexo and screen printing.
