Enercon’s new Plasma3 trial program

Enercon’s new Plasma3 Trial Program allows converters to test atmospheric plasma at their facility. Atmospheric plasma can make organizations more competitive by functionalizing surfaces, improving adhesion properties and adding value to products and processes.

Many of Enercon’s customers who have trialed atmospheric plasma on the company’s 60” wide laboratory line have requested the opportunity to test the Plasma3 on a smaller scale in their own facilities. In response, Enercon is now offering a new Plasma3 Trial Program for qualifying operations.

This new program allows customers to evaluate a custom designed Plasma3 treatment system in their own facility for a minimal entry-level investment. Plasma3 is highly effective at treating surfaces that are unresponsive to conventional corona and flame surface treating methods. Enercon claims that its ability to clean, etch and functionalize surfaces has made Plasma3 a breakthrough solution for many industry-leading firms.
