GSE Dispensing to showcase ColorSat Match ink dispenser at Labeltech

GSE Dispensing will showcase its Colorsat Match gravimetric ink dispenser, a system dedicated to helping label converters achieve spot-on color accuracy, greatly reduced ink waste and improved productivity, at Labeltech 2008 (stand C3-C4). Located at the Nehru Center in Mumbai between 14 and 16 March 2008, the exhibition is one of the highlights of the Indian label industry calendar.

The Colorsat Match is specially suited to narrow web printers and users of relatively low ink volumes. It has a dispensing range of between 1 and 5kg, mixing UV-curable and water-based flexo inks from a maximum of 20 components, with viscosity 2500 mPas (2500 cP).

With its proprietary Windows XP-based Ink Management Software (IMS) software, Colorsat Match makes precise formulations so the printer can deliver the most challenging of colors to brand owners’ exacting specifications, and in just a few minutes. Furthermore, the software allows use of surplus ink formulations from previous jobs (‘press-returns’) in new recipes, greatly minimizing waste.

Colorsat Match is simple to assemble, without help from a GSE technician, and with only a sliding weighing scale as a moving part, Match is said to be a low maintenance system.

Visitors will also be able to learn about updates to its proprietary Ink Management Software platform, IMS 3.61. New functions include control of ink concentration according to anilox-roll type and a bucket parking feature, for short-term ink recipe memory of partially dispensed buckets.

Together with its Mumbai-based distribution agency for India, International Caliber, GSE also offers a service package with an experienced team of service engineers and technical sales representatives, a worldwide distribution network, and remote diagnostics, through highly advanced on-line support from the company’s Dutch headquarters.
