iSys Label introduces digital label press

iSys Label, a manufacturer of short to mid run digital label presses, has introduced the Edge 850: a digital label press printing at speeds up to 9.14 m/minute. Designed for in-house production of labels, users will be capable of printing 2,000 labels in less than 20 minutes and have the finished roll ready for immediate application.

The Edge 850 can print on a variety of die-cut, kiss-cut or roll substrates. The press is easy to operate with a front panel LCD interface and an auto adjusting form synchronization re-winder system.

Every Edge 850 comes complete with a rewinder and Edge2Print label making software, described by the company’s president, Mark Hopkins, as ‘probably the easiest, yet most powerful software a user could want’.

‘iSys Label has announced that we will begin selling our new Edge 850 desktop label press worldwide. We are currently soliciting dealers that concentrate on the packaging and graphics market. The Edge 850 is truly the only continuous feed label printer that fits right at your work station,’ said Randy Rickert, director of sales, iSys Label.
