Karlville gives low volume clients large volume technology
Karlville Development LLC, a manufacturer of shrink sleeve converting and application machinery based in Miami, Florida, continues its goal of taking a global leadership role in the progression of the shrink sleeve market with the Sleeve Pro 200.
With its servo motor driven cutting and sleeve shooting system, the Sleeve Pro 200 has a max speed of 200 containers per minute and an average speed of 150 containers per minute with full body sleeves, making this compact and portable machine ideal for small production runs. This machine is targeted for flexographic printer customers, more specifically, those who have narrow web presses that shoot through the small runs.
With all the products on their line, the Sleeve Pro 200 shows Karlville’s commitment to small, lower volume companies with the same needs as their large high volume clients.
Also introduced is the Ultra 2000 Series Oven, an excellent oven for empty containers and applications where there are high shrink requirements but no steam availability.
Whether it’s the Sleeve Pro 200, the Ultra 2000 Series Oven or any of the machines that make up their product line, Karlville is intent on supporting their customers’ business. They are able to do this with their Technical Center; it offers end to end testing and demonstration equipment that converters will be able to use with their customers to find a solution to difficult applications.
Karlville will be showing the Sleeve Pro 200 at the CPP Expo held at McCormick Place in Chicago, Illinois, during the week of Oct. 29 – Nov. 2.
