Luster launches LabelMan-220T inspection machine

The machine features full-servo independent control, offering high precision, longevity, a short maintenance period, and quick troubleshooting. The device is integrated with the detection system and operable through a touch screen featuring a new unified interface. 

LabelMan-220T has been specially developed for short runs and provides 160-220mm detection width 0.063-0.092mm/pixel detection accuracy, and 300mm winding and unwinding diameter.

‘Its most innovative feature is a vertical guide roll, which is different from conventional horizontal paper feeding. Vertical feeding design makes this inspection machine smaller and enables the use of shorter substrates. This improves efficiency and reduces the waste of materials during machine adjustment and job change,’ said the company in a statement. ‘This short-run label quality inspection machine provides a reliable solution for the quality inspection and variable information inspection of label products, thereby filling the gap of the existing product line.’
