Tecnia Europe establishes headquarters in Poland

The expansion brings Tecnia’s services directly to European label converters and packaging manufacturers.

Following years of collaboration with European distributors and securing a commanding market presence across the Americas, pressure-sensitive adhesive (PSA) material specialist Tecnia has officially established its European headquarters, Tecnia Europe, based in Warsaw, Poland.

The expansion brings Tecnia’s manufacturing expertise directly to European label converters and packaging manufacturers. Backed by decades of collective industry experience from its founding experts, the company operates high-speed integrated coating lines. Globally, production capacities reach up to 50 million sqm monthly, ensuring consistent material quality and reliable supply chains for demanding print environments.

Tecnia Europe’s product portfolio is engineered for narrow-web and modern printing processes, including flexography, rotary offset, UV digital, and high-speed inkjet technologies. Utilizing solvent-free siliconizing and advanced coating for both hotmelt and water-based acrylic adhesive systems, the company provides high-performance substrates tailored across major industrial and creative segments.

This includes PSA BOPP/PE prime label materials, a collection of synthetic film facestocks – including polypropylene, polyethylene, metallic and holographic options – designed for durable, moisture-resistant packaging, particularly strong in fruit tag and special laminated structures. Its PSA paper label materials consist of coated and uncoated paper facestocks (available in high-gloss, semi-gloss, and vellum matte finishes) engineered for multi-color primary branding. Its PSA thermal label materials include direct thermal and thermal transfer materials optimized for variable data printing, cold-chain, logistics and retail barcode workflows. Its BOPP lamination films are self-wound overlamination films offered in gloss, matte and specialty soft-touch finishes to enhance print protection and premium packaging acoustics.

Every substrate is manufactured to meet global and European regulatory compliance frameworks, adhering to ISO 9001, FSC, REACH, GMP and food-contact material standards. Beyond material supply, Tecnia Europe functions as a comprehensive technical partner, offering dedicated application engineering, on-site material testing and custom adhesive formulation capabilities.

With an efficient pan-European logistics network, Tecnia Europe is fully operational to serve label converters across more than 15 European markets, helping them adapt to changing technical requirements and sustainable packaging demands.
