Mark Andy has announced updates to the 2200, the company’s largest-selling press. Now film-capable and driven by servo technology, the updated 2200 will be displayed at Graphics of the Americas later this month.

The company says the addition of film capability to the 2200 provides an affordable solution for printers to transition into growing film markets. The machine’s servo technology can provide higher print quality, minimized material waste and lower maintenance costs. The press offers fully automated registration control and remote diagnostics, which can customers reduce or eliminate downtime with direct access to technical support.

’Incorporation of these additions to the 2200 means that Mark Andy now has the broadest range of printing and converting lines in the world,’ said Jeff Feltz, director of product management, Mark Andy, Inc.

The updated 2200 press will be on display in booth 1178 at the Graphics of the Americas show, to be held at the Miami Beach Convention Center, February 28 – March 1, in Miami Beach, Florida. Technical representatives will be on hand to discuss the expanding film markets as well as the latest technologies available for any in-line application.
