More RFID solutions from Schober

After the successful introduction of the RFID Tag Inserter, Schober GmbH has recently launched its latest designs and concepts for RFID converting machines. The model RFID-Ti, an economical entry solution for the production of smart labels, has been redesigned and is now also available with the capability of inserting dry inlays. These labels find their application in automatic product recognition and in inventory management of palletized and bundled products, for shipping documents, logistic, control and optimization.

The product range has been extended further with the newly developed RFID–CP – suitable for the efficient and economical production of public transportation cards, admission tickets, garment and flag tags. The machine is designed for converting pre-printed heavy label stock, has inserting and folding capabilities, and features 100 percent QC with defect product identification and automatic tag ejection to ensure that the final finished products are functioning as they must. Customizing to individual applications is also possible.

The RFID-BTP (Baggage Tag Processor) has also been redesigned. The high capacity version, now available for handling four patterns across, is equipped with several converting and die cutting stations and an inspection device to verify the finished RFID tags providing total production monitoring as well as a non-stop rewinding capability.
