New LCFR2 label cutting and folding rotary machine

With the LCFR2, Jakob Mller has launched the first fully automatic, rotary label cutting and folding machine onto the market.

The machine has very high productivity and depending on the quality, can process up to 250 labels per minute. A stepper motor and optical sensor ensure that the labels are always folded centrally, thus producing excellent cut and fold quality. The following folding options are available: End, Manhattan, Center and Booklet folding. Labels that are outside a selectable tolerance are automatically rejected. Stacking of the labels takes place directly in magazines, which are automatically changed once the given number of labels has been produced.
