Schober USA has produced a new 16-page, full-color brochure highlighting the company’s line of rotary punching equipment. New technologies covered in this literature include the clean punching of self-adhesive materials as well as built-in and drop-in punching modules.  Examples are shown for the production of band-aid material, tea bags, parking tickets, airline tickets, food labels, gloves, shopping bag handles, drinking straws, chop sticks, price tags, admission tickets, and more.

In addition to equipment, this new catalog also details long-life punching tools which are claimed to save more than 70 machine hours over a 7-month period (based on 2-shift production). Accessories for easy set-up, servicing and repair are also shown.

‘Rather than merely telling customers and prospects what is possible,’ said Marion Hixson, COO of Schober USA, ‘we’ve included many examples to show them. Our global experience directly benefits customers because we’ve solved similar problems already.’

Schober engineers can assist with process development and process validation to ensure productivity and seamless integration of these products with other production equipment. A global network of field engineers and installation support personnel ensure equipment commissioning worldwide.
