Prime UV to show new product at Labelexpo

The newly designed Prime UV S-2100 MiniScan 3C incorporates the highly efficient, low heat Prime UV curing technology with the state-of-the-art Prime UV Smart 2100 control platform.

The Prime UV MiniScan 3C provides the highest speed cool cure of all UV chemistries installing easily on all new and existing narrow web label presses and converting lines. Ultra cool cure provides maximum airflow and low substrate temperatures while curing heavy ink densities at maximum press speeds.

The new S-2100 MiniScan 3C is controlled by the Prime UV Smart 2100 Control Platform and provides the narrow web printer with complete and total computer control of the Prime UV MiniScan 3C UV processors. Smart 2100 users also benefit from on screen system diagnostics as well as remote diagnostic capabilities via direct access with Prime UV service technicians.

Prime UV’s processors are exceptionally reliable, rigorously tested to ensure superior performance and will be on display in booth 3701 at Labelexpo 2006 September 11-14 at the Rosemont Convention Center in Rosemont, Illinois.
