At Labelexpo Europe 2007, Stork Prints (Booth 12W10) will present the complete RotaPlate mesh program for the first time. There are now meshes suited for all applications from fine linework through to tactile and Braille effects. RotaPlate is suited to non-Stork rotary screen systems. With its pure nickel, non-woven hexagonal-hole formation, it is able to withstand the rigours of printing and handling, and noted for extra reliability, and reusability. RotaPlate can accommodate up to 40 percent more holes than mesh alternatives, says the company.

Making its debut at the show will be the Hybrid Helios, the latest addition to the laser engraving program. The new system is suited for filmless engraving of flexo, offset, RotaMesh and, for the first time, RotaPlate meshes. The unit accommodates the latter by means of a magnetic mandrel.

Stork’s affiliated company, AKL Flexotechnik GmbH, will also be present at the booth, presenting its range of flexo consumable products including conventional sleeves for plate mounting, seamless-endless photopolymer printing formes and Optiflex thin sleeve and adapter technology.
